There are numerous and very different global healthcare provider approaches in the use of Digital Health functionalities. Larger groups have especially incorporated selected Digital Health services, several of which have their own organisation that identifies, tests and integrates these solutions. Despite this, most of their approaches are technologically lagging and are also well behind from an economical viewpoint. Frequent problems include:
